Overall:
I went through the instructions to install secure disk on my computer. I got a message saying that I would have to reboot my computer. When I tried the reboot my computer went to a black screen and would not restart (not even in safe mode). This is after I disabled all of my spyware/virus programs to prevent any kind of interference. I had to reinstall Windows to get my computer to run again. I e-mailed secure disk tech support and they were no help. They replied to my initial e-mail by asking for information about my computer then never responded after I gave them the information. It's too bad I couldn't get secure disk to work. I like the idea of total disk encryption and this is a reasonably priced program. Unfortunately, it just did not work for me. 18005
