After trying other encryption programs such as TruCrypt and AxCrypt - which are both highly rated. I found the Filewaster easiest to install and use. There were just too many steps to get going on the others. Only drawback is that the filenames were not hidden from view in Explorer. However on a home computer this is really no drawback at all since the files are fully encrypted with the best of all algorithms and therefore extremely safe against hacking. The file wiping feature is a nice touch and works on encrypted or unencrypted files too. 15748
